SO does this mean we will not be able to buy and
sell property - what with the striking and all that.
Does this mean that our title deeds will not be put
into our names???

If you have paid deposits and fees etc and are being delayed MAKE SURE THAT YOUR MONEY is being kept in an INTEREST BEARING account for your benefit.
