The Light on the Horizon

Rest assured
that not to far
into the future:

Property prices will taste like honey
Interest rates will make you laugh again dear
The banks will love lending you money
The radio station will play songs you like to hear.

used Car prices will come down
The rand will rally against the pound
Oil prices will remain the clown and
Property values will gain ground

THIS TOO SHALL CHANGE - HANG IN THERE FOLKS!!!!

Hi

I think these all factors are right.
Property prices will taste like honey
Interest rates will make you laugh again dear
The banks will love lending you money
The radio station will play songs you like to hear.

1. That means properties rates are high in the real estate market.
2. The same condition of interest rate in mortgage plan.
3. Radio is use for the purpose of listening.

Seriously now, wizardman, do you have *any* indicator substantiating your claim? I only see black clouds ahead in the mid & medium term SA horizon.

To *emerging south*...

My indicators are twofold:

1. The circle of life - Everything in life does it's circle, everyone hits their slumps, every country has a credit turn for the worse and a property slump, it's just how life works. When it's going to get better I cannot say, but it will.

2. Faith - We need it!

Thanks for all your comments and please do carry on posting.

Its great to find some optimism out there. All it seems that people are doing at the moment is complaining about problems and just wishing that they would go away things would change. It is as simple as going out there and making a conscious effort every day to make the change in the world that you want to see. Just because property prices are high and the banks don't seem to like anyone at the moment, doesnt mean you cant make the most of it anyway.Besides, the more negative every one is, the more of a negative effect there will be in every aspect of our lives. Where as if we are all positively making changes every day, those positive changes are exactly what we will get in return.
