Nice deal! I hope the other banks follow. That is one way to get rid of stock.
yeah very clever move by Nedbank.
They obviously realise that they're still going to be repossessing a whole lot of properties...

People who have the need fo this they have a good option for them
Indeed it was a very clever move by Nedbank.
Properties are one of the biggset thing now a days , its not east to purchase a property everywhere, I think that this blog will definitely help to get a suitable property.
Unbelievable, I cannot believe that there are so much less PIP than in 1999.
I wonder if it is because there are more property investors buying up these PIP’s or there are more investors finding the people in distress before the bank does a repossession? Like myself.
This solution is really not a permanent solution. The situation demands something else. Thanks for such post.
Hi,
First of all, thanks for your informative blog.
For the first time property buyers out there - buying repossessed property is definitely the way to go. I bought a repo property on auction and saved thousands!
Be on the lookout for this type of deal since you will have some money left in your budget to buy furniture as well :)
